What InSiteDash is

InSiteDash builds business-intelligence dashboards for small businesses from publicly available business data. You tell us which business to analyze; we gather what is already published about it online and organize it into a dashboard you can read.

What we collect from you

You sign in with Google. From that sign-in we receive your name and email address, and nothing else — we do not request access to your Google account beyond basic profile and email. We use those two things for authentication and to contact you about your account.

The business data we analyze

The analysis itself runs on public sources: Google Business Profile listings, public reviews, and publicly reachable pages for the business. This is information anyone can look up. We do not connect to your point-of-sale, your bookkeeping, or any private business system, and we never ask you to hand over credentials for one.

Service providers we rely on

Running the product means some of this data passes through companies we use as processors:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
  • Google — sign-in.
  • AI providers — for the analysis that turns raw public data into the written read you see on a card.
  • An email delivery provider — for account and status email.

Each is used for the function named above and no other.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers, and we do not run advertising or ad tracking anywhere in the product.

Cookies

Cookies are used for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. If you sign out, the session cookie is cleared.

Deleting your data

Email rhcundill@gmail.com and ask, and we will delete your account and the data associated with it. You do not need to give a reason.
