Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The service

InSiteDash analyzes publicly available data about a business — its Google Business Profile, its public reviews, its public web presence — and presents the result as a dashboard. Using the service means agreeing to these terms.

Accounts

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. Keep the information on your account accurate, and keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service. That means: no attempting to reach another customer’s data, no scraping or bulk extraction of the product, no probing or interfering with the systems behind it, and nothing unlawful.

What the analysis is, and is not

Everything in your dashboard is informational. It is derived from public data and from automated analysis of that data, both of which can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. We describe what we observed and the mechanism behind a suggestion; we do not promise that acting on it will produce any particular result for your business. Treat it as one input to your own judgment, not as professional advice.

Provided as-is

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and can have your account and data deleted on request — see the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there.
